Terms and Conditions for Instagram Mother's Day Giveaway  1/05/2022 - 7/05/2022/08/2021 - /2021

• Competition is open to Australian residents only who meet the following criteria:

  • Pregnant parent; or​

  • Parent with a baby less than 12 months old.

• Competition opens at 12pm AWST Sunday 1st May 2022 and closes 12pm AWST Saturday 7 May 2022.

• Entrants must follow all conditions of entry to qualify.

• Winner will be drawn via random number generator and must be following all Instagram accounts listed in the post, and have tagged a friend in a comment on any one of the giveaway accounts. Winner will be notified on Sunday 8 May 2022.

• Julia D'Orazio Postpartum will notify the winner via social media and direct message on Instagram. The participating businesses may share winners Instagram handle via social media platforms. 

• Winner will receive individual prizes from each of our giveaway businesses directly.

• Winners details including name, email and phone number will be provided to each participating business via Julia D'Orazio Postpartum. 

• Each business is responsible for their own posting of the giveaway to Instagram and prize contribution. Julia D'Orazio Postpartum takes no liability of the participation in, delivery of products and services provided within the giveaway. All businesses are in verbal agreement to participate, however if participants do not post the giveaway,  their involvement and prizes in the competition will be forfeited.

• Winner must take note of expiry dates and contact individual service based businesses to claim their prize.

• Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
